Yes. Market Analyst is free forever. You get your business profile, your market rank, your Health Score, review tracking, and a watchlist of 10 competitors. If we ever change that, you keep grandfather access.
What counts as a business on Autopilot?

One business entity, one physical location or service area. If you run two distinct shops with separate P&Ls, you'd want two Autopilot subscriptions. Multi location franchises are priced custom, reach out.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. One tap in settings. No phone call, no retention team, no email loop. If you cancel mid month, we refund the unused days. If you want your data, one click export gives you everything.
Do you sell my data?

Never. Your business data is never sold, never shared, never used to train anyone else's model. We read from your systems, surface cards and insights, and that's it. Read the privacy policy if you want the full legal version.
What if Kai messes up?

Every action that costs money or sends a message requires your approval first. Kai drafts, you tap yes. If Kai gets something wrong in the brief (rare, but it happens), flag it in the app and we use that to improve the model. You never eat the cost.
Do you support multi location?

Yes, for franchises and multi shop owners. Each location is its own Autopilot subscription, but you get a unified owner dashboard and Kai brief across all of them. Volume pricing kicks in at 3+ locations. Email for the rate card.
