Refund policy

You may cancel your Operator subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle after cancellation.

Operator subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing, and your access continues through the end of the current paid period. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Cancel from your account settings, or email operator@operator.fyi with your account email. We will confirm cancellation within 1 business day.
