Most reviews never get a response
53% of customers expect a reply within 7 days. The average local business responds to fewer than half of their reviews. That silence costs you customers and search visibility.

How Operator handles your reviews
From detection to posted response. Every step happens without you lifting a finger.
New review detected
Operator watches Google, Yelp, and other review sites continuously. When a new review comes in, it gets picked up within minutes.
Response drafted
A personalized response is written using your business name, tone, and the specific details the reviewer mentioned. Never generic, never defensive.
You approve (or it posts automatically)
In supervised mode, you get a text with the draft. Reply Y to post. In hands-free mode, the response posts on its own with a compliance disclosure.
Posted to your profile
The response goes live on Google Business Profile. Your average response time drops from days to hours.
Real responses. Not templates.
Every response references specific details from the review. Positive, negative, or mixed, each one is written for that exact situation.
“Called at 8am with a busted AC. They had someone here by 10 and fixed it same day. Fair price too.”
Thank you, Mike. Same-day service is what we aim for, especially in the summer when every hour matters. Glad we could get your system running again quickly and that the pricing felt right. We appreciate you sharing this.
“Waited three days for a callback. When they did come out the work was fine but the communication was terrible.”
Sarah, we understand how frustrating it is to wait for a callback, especially when you need service. That is not the experience we want anyone to have. We are reviewing our scheduling process to prevent this. If you are open to it, please call us directly at the office so we can make it right.
“Good work but showed up an hour late to the appointment.”
James, thank you for the feedback on the work quality. You are right that showing up late is not acceptable, and we apologize for that. We are working on tighter scheduling to make sure arrival windows are accurate. We appreciate you giving us the chance to improve.

Common questions
What if I do not like a response Operator drafted?
In supervised mode, nothing posts without your approval. Reply N to the text and it gets discarded. In hands-free mode, you can override or delete any response after it posts.
Does this work with Google, Yelp, and other sites?
Yes. Operator monitors Google Business Profile, Yelp, Trustpilot, BBB, and industry directories. Response posting is currently available for Google, with Yelp and others in progress.
How does Operator know my business tone?
During setup, Operator learns your business name, services, owner name, and preferred communication style. Responses match your voice, not a generic template.
Is this legal? Do I need a disclosure?
Yes, it is legal. The FTC requires disclosure when responses are generated without direct human involvement. Operator adds the appropriate disclosure automatically in hands-free mode. In supervised mode, you review and approve every response yourself.
What happens with really bad reviews?
Operator never gets defensive, never argues, and never admits fault inappropriately. For serious negative reviews, the response acknowledges the concern and offers to resolve it offline. In hands-free mode, negative reviews are also flagged to you directly.
